Our properties are designed by American Property Development, Inc. (APD), an affiliate company of American Property Management, Inc.  APD is committed to delivering quality housing; with its in-house architects they ensure that this objective is achieved.  APD’s skilled architects are licensed in eleven western states and work closely with city officials to keep within development codes while striving to design a unique, quality apartment housing community.  Our APD teams of architects continue to achieve quality-building designs for apartment living that will insure a successful community environment.
