APD is committed to delivering quality housing; with its in-house architects they ensure that this objective is achieved. APD’s skilled architects are licensed in eleven western states and work closely with city officials to keep within development codes while striving to design a unique, quality apartment housing community. Our APD teams of architects continue to achieve quality-building designs for apartment living that will insure a successful community environment. |
Our properties are constructed by American Home Builders, Inc. (AHB) an affiliate company of American Property Management, Inc. AHB is licensed, bonded and insured in eleven western states and has constructed over 10,000 apartment units.
AHB has a team of skilled employees who have the experience and knowledge to supervise construction in order to achieve a superior apartment community. An on-site project manager is there throughout the construction period to insure that the construction meets our high quality standards. AHB quality construction helps to reduce long-term maintenance requirements, which increases long term success of the community. |
